All shipping rates are charged per package weight and is calculated in real time to your shipping address.

Shipping Time lines

-In Stock items normally ship within 24-72 business hours (1 to 3 working business days).

-Once an order has been shipped, you cannot make any changes or cancel the order (Since it's no longer in our warehouse).

-All US packages can be shipped via USPS and UPS.

-Delays usually occur when you place your order during the weekend or around holidays.

-We will send you a shipping email confirmation containing your tracking number upon shipment [if you provide us with an email address].

We offer free shipping on orders over 150 $

Free shipping may not apply to freight intensive order items.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 60 day return policy, allowing you to return your order for an exchange or a refund.

To start the return process, please call (786) 707-5483 or email return@artcrafta.com to receive return instructions. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that is required to be written on the outside of the box.
